After-Sales & Customer Complaints Procedure

Regarding

Staff or/and Faulty Goods


All products purchased through Queensland Furniture are fully covered with a one year manufacturer warranty/guarantee (unless otherwise stated) from the date of purchase, against damaged and faulty goods; the guarantee will not cover products having been damaged due to customer neglect, accidental damage or any other reasons which are not a direct result of any damage/problem caused by the manufacturer or Queensland Furniture.


It is a necessity for ALL CUSTOMERS to complete the information required by the manufacturer through Queensland Furniture, so to be forwarded to the relevant manufacturer from whom the product has originally been purchased.


Queensland Furniture hold full responsibility for the sale of all products sold within the company, unfortunately no matter how small, large, minor or serious the problem may seem there are procedures put in place for the well being of all parties.

The first point of contact should be made by:


Telephone Call to The Manager on: 0114 273 1115

OR

Visiting the shop in person and speaking with The Manager direct


After a verbal complaint has been recognised


Please forward the following information to: aftersales@queenslandfurniture.co.uk

    1.Photo - customer receipt (To be included with ALL complaints)

    2.Photo - FULL PICTURE of damaged item/items

    3.Photo - CLOSE UP PICTURE of damaged item/items

    4.Photo - Batch No (normally found on underside of product/products

    5.Brief description of damage product/products including Name, Address and Telephone Number
